As Calgary’s oldest lead networking club, The Probus Club certainly has a long and impressive history.

Originally established as The 100% Club, back in 1922, the intention then was that an exchange of leads, referrals and business would be mandatory within the club.

In fact, the atmosphere of the club in its early days was considerably more formal than it is these days. With a strict dress code, and no women allowed, Calgary’s most prominent businessmen would gather to get to know one another, share support and help build each others’ businesses.

Today, with a slightly less formal attitude (and, of course, women!), the club still retains those basic tenets of professionalism, support, and a mutual desire to help each other.

Now, growing ever stronger in the 21st Century, The Probus Club of Calgary remains a vibrant, dynamic organization where members meet to network, learn, build business and have some fun.
